They will not notice any differences in usability, but their sites will seamlessly migrate to a powerful dedicated machine. Root access is not included with Advantage servers. If a customer requires full root access or third-party software installation, we recommend our TruFlex servers.

Truflex plans target IT managers who want full root access and the ultimate in power and flexibility. Out of the box, the customer has a substantially built dedicated server that can function as a Web and email server right away. If they wish to customize it in any way, they can. Truflex options include:

• Controlling the level of management performed by Hostway
• Freedom to install whatever third-party software desired
• Choice of operating systems and hardware components
